Finishing shell reamer for metal fi 43

Professional finishing shell reamer 43 H7 machine reamer, type NRNb, with a diameter of 43 mm, designed to perform finishing. It is a slip-on finish reamer, conforming to DIN 219 dimensional standard, with cone shank, chip grooves. It is suitable for machining cylindrical holes to achieve high dimensional accuracy in H7 tolerance without additional tool guidance. The reamers we offer can be used to ream a hole to the required diameter, to bring out its axis, and also to remove small allowances of materials to achieve perfect smoothness of the hole surface. These 43-machine mounted reamers are suitable for both conventional machine tools and modern CNC numerical control machines. They can be used for machining unalloyed steels, metals, nonferrous metals, plastics. The reamers are made of HSS steel, which makes them more resistant to harsh working conditions.
