High quality finishing shell reamer 39 H7 NRNb, size 39 mm, made according to the DIN 219 A dimensional standard. It is a slip-on finishing reamer with a taper shank, with straight grooves. It is designed for machining cylindrical holes - finished, in H7 tolerance. It is designed for high-precision machining, including the improvement of hole roughness and for obtaining a perfect hole shape and dimension. The 39 machine tool mounted reamers offered to you in our store are suitable for conventional machine tools (milling machines and lathes) as well as for computer numerical control machine tools - CNC. They can be used for machining materials of P1.2 - P1.3. class These are metal alloys, unalloyed steels, non-ferrous metals, plastics. The reamers are made of special HSS high-speed steel, which makes them more resistant to harsh cutting conditions and very resistant to mechanical damage to the blades.
