Professional finishing shell reamer 49 H7 NRNb, size 49 mm, in accordance with DIN 219. It is a slip-on finishing reamer, with a B-taper shank, used for final machining of cylindrical holes at the required higher accuracy class H7. It is designed to enlarge the diameter of holes, improve their geometry, reduce the roughness of the lateral surface and the hole axis. Machine reamers of this type are characterized by increased resistance to harsh working conditions and also increased resistance to any mechanical damage to the blades. This is, among other things, due to the use of special high-alloy HSS - High Speed Steel for their production. The reamers we offer are suitable for various types of conventional machine tools and CNC computer-controlled machine tools. They are designed for machining of materials classified as P1.2 - P1.3.
