Professional finishing shell reamer 64 H7 NRNb, with a diameter of 64 mm, made according to the dimensional standard DIN 219. It is a multi-flute tool with chip grooves designed for machining through-holes and blind holes. In our offer you will find the 64 machine mounted reamers characterized by high quality manufacturing from special HSS high-speed steel. Thanks to this, reamers are distinguished by high resistance to heavy cutting conditions, as well as increased resistance of blades to potential mechanical damage (fractures, cracks, chipping). Reamers are designed to perform finish machining, with the required high tolerance class H7, without additional tool guidance. Their task is to ensure the exact dimension of the hole and achieve perfect smoothness on its surface. Reamers are suitable for machining parts made of unalloyed steels, metals, nonferrous metals, metal alloys, plastics. They can be used on computer numerical control machine tools as well as on conventional machine tools.
