Finishing shell reamer for metal fi 31
The modern finishing shell reamer 31 H7 NRNb, a slip-on finisher with a tapered shank, complying with DIN 219. It is designed for finish machining of through-hole and blind cylindrical holes requiring an increased tolerance class H7, without additional tool guidance. The reamer is used both to enlarge the diameter of the hole and achieve perfect conformity to the required dimensions, but also to achieve perfect smoothness of the machined surface of the hole. Slip-on reamers 31 found in our store are made of special HSS - High Speed Steel. This is a steel, the properties of which increase the hardness and durability of reamers and also make them more resistant to any mechanical damage to the blades. Machine reamers of this type are suitable for machining unalloyed steels, metals, nonferrous metals, metal alloys and plastics on various types of conventional and CNC numerical machine tools.
