Finishing shell reamer for metal fi 27

Professional finishing shell reamer 27 H7 NRNb, made according to DIN 219A standard from special high-grade HSS high-speed steel. It is a slip-on finishing reamer, designed for final machining of cylindrical holes, after prior use of a drill or peeler. The 27-mm-diameter, 27-mm-diameter, machine-deposit reamers we offer are suitable for machining in H7 tolerance, without additional tool guidance. They are multi-tooth tools with straight teeth, designed for blind, blind holes. They are characterized by universal application to a wide range of materials classified as P1.2 - P1.3. They can be used both to enlarge the diameter of holes and to increase their accuracy. Finishing reamers are used for "finished" machining, with perfect smoothness of the machined surfaces. They can be used on conventional and numerical machine tools for machining carbon steels, metals, nonferrous metals, metal alloys and plastics.
