Finishing shell reamer for metal fi 42

High-grade finishing shell reamer 42 H7 NRNb, diameter 42 mm, in accordance with DIN 219A. This is a finishing reamer, made according to the latest technology, made of modern HSS high-speed steel. This type of NRNb reamer is designed for the final machining of a hole previously made with a drill or peeler, in tolerance class H7, without additional tool guidance. The purpose of this type of reamer is to ensure the exact dimension of the hole, bring out its axis, improve roughness, reduce unevenness, and thus leave the hole perfectly smooth. The 42-machine countersink reamers we offer are multi-flute tools with straight grooves designed for machining blind holes. They are suitable for conventional and CNC computer-controlled machine tools. The reamers in question can be used for machining unalloyed steels, metals, nonferrous metals, metal alloys and plastics. They are characterized by high strength for heavy cutting conditions and also high resistance to any mechanical damage.
