A set of M3-M12 8 piece blindmachine taps withthe manufacturer's name CZP-8 C R40 HSSE OPTI.
This is a set of machine taps for professional tool shops consisting of renowned Polish production of Fanar through-hole taps.
The set includes threaders for blind holes such as:
- Threader DIN-371-C ISO2 (6H) R40 HSSE OPTI OX- M3, M4, M5, M6, M8, M10
- Threader DIN-376-C ISO2 (6H) R40 HSSE OPTI OX - M12
Standard DIN-371 - this is a standard for threaders with a reinforced shank (thicker) than the working part.
DIN-376 - this is the standard of taps with a regular shank, narrower than the working part.
C nut - this is the nut of blind taps having torsional chip grooves, which lead the chips up the hole, so that the tapping is not damaged due to chips. The C torsion cap is used in blind machine taps.
ISO2 6H - this is the tolerance of the obtainable metric thread. It is a standard standard to ensure proper interaction with other threaded parts.
HSSE - cobalt high speed steel 5% - cobalt. This is Fanar's 800 series product line, that is, they provide high performance with materials not exceeding tensile strength Rm=800 MPa.
OPTI - is a series of Fanar tools combining high performance combined with a reasonable price.
OX - is an oxide coating, which protects threaders from harmful factors and reduces threading resistance.
The whole set of machine blind taps is packed in an ABS plastic case of 145x90x37 mm.
