Modern M22x2 blind-through machine thread er for machining hard materials. Designed for metric fine threads type M22x2. Made in accordance with DIN 352, it has an angle of 60 degrees, ISO DIN-13. Type of cut D - for through-holes and blind holes with long thread run-out. The advantage of the M22x2 machine threaders for steel offered by us is exceptional resistance to heavy cutting conditions. This is due to the use of modern HSS (High Speed Steel) for their production. Compared with conventional tool steel, HSS is distinguished by its ability to be machined at high temperatures (up to 600 degrees C), without compromising the high quality of the threads made. In addition, the thread blades are resistant to any mechanical damage (breaking, chipping, blunting, cracking). The offered fine thread machine threaders are suitable for machining parts made of unalloyed steel, metals, nonferrous metals, metal alloys.
