Machine tapping M2 for stainless steel
Modern machine tapping M2 torsion t apping blind with short nut (2-3 coil) - has general purpose torsion chip grooves with through shank complying with ISO 529 standard. Manufactured by the well-known and respected company Fra from high-quality high speed steel with 5% cobalt - HSSE. Metric machine taps in our offer are suitable for cutting ordinary metric threads type M, diameter 20 mm, angle 60 degrees, nut C - for threading through holes in materials with a short chip. The use of HSSE steel for their production allows for a significant reduction in working time, and therefore also a better use of the machine tools owned and a reduction in labor costs. In addition, the M2 torsion machine threaders in question are resistant to harsh working conditions, even high temperatures of up to 670 degrees C. The tools are also characterized by high resistance to damage of blades during operation (breaking, blunting, chipping). They can be used to machine hard and hard-to-machine materials such as m.in. stainless steels, heat-resistant and heat-resistant steels, cast steel and cast iron.
