Designed for cutting ordinary metric threads, type M, diameter 11 mm, with an angle of 60 degrees, ISO DIN-13. Threading cap type B - designed for threading through-holes in materials that give a short chip. The metric machine threaders we offer are produced from modern high-speed steel HSSE (High Speed Steel Cobalt 5%). This is a material that influences a significant increase in cutting efficiency, increased resistance to possible damage during operation, as well as improved machining precision. These unique properties make the M11 stainless steel machine threaders in question suitable for professional machining of unalloyed (carbon) steels, metals, nonferrous metals, metal alloys and thermoplastics. By reducing the risk of rapid dulling, chipping, chipping, breaking and cracking of the blade, the threaders can be operated for a very long time.
