High-quality M10x1 blind machine thread er straight with through shank for cutting metric fine threads in through-holes and blind holes. Thread angle 60 degrees, thread type C, ISO DIN-13. The offered fine thread taps are produced from modern high-grade HSSE high-speed steel. The properties of this steel affect the greater possibilities of use of the taps. They can be used for professional machining of very hard materials, which pose a problem when machining with taps made of conventional tool steel.
Above all, our threaders are harder and more resistant to harsh cutting conditions. Their higher properties are due, among other things, to HSSE steel, an important component of which is cobalt - 5%. Such a composition of the steel affects the possibility of high-performance threading, while achieving high precision machining. The blades of M10x1 machine threaders for stainless steel are resistant to mechanical damage, such as fractures, cracks, chipping, chipping and even dulling. They are suitable for threading parts made of alloy steel, stainless steel, acid-resistant steel, heat-resistant steel, cast iron, cast steel.
