Professional M11 t orsion machine tapping threader with a short nut (2-3 coil) - it has torsion chip grooves, general purpose with an extended through shank for metric ordinary threads. It has an angle of 60 degrees, C nut (2-3 P), helical chip grooves, type M 11. Taps of this type are in accordance with DIN 376. The tools we offer are produced from special high-speed steel HSSE - with the addition of 5% cobalt. This component of the steel affects the possibility of increasing the efficiency of machining and, at the same time, increasing the precision of the cut threads. In addition, metric machine taps made of this steel are more resistant to harsh cutting conditions, including very high temperatures created during high-speed threading. The blades of taps are rarely subject to any mechanical damage (fractures, cracks, chipping), which significantly improves the quality of threading and extends the service life of the tools.
