Machine tapping M10 for steel, straight
Professional machine taps M10 blind through hole straight, general purpose, for machine tapping of ordinary metric threads type M, diameter 10 mm, with an angle of 60 degrees, ISO DIN-13. The taps have a type C (2-3 P) nut - it can be used for tapping through holes and blind holes in materials giving short chips. It is made of special HSS - High Speed Steel. This is a modern material that guarantees high resistance of the blade to any mechanical damage caused during machining in harsh conditions, even hard and hard-to-machine materials. M10 machine threader for steel is rarely broken, cracked, chipped, dulled, broken out. These properties of the tapping machine guarantee its long service life. Another of its advantages is the possibility of a significant increase in machining efficiency, which in turn makes it possible to significantly reduce machining time and thus make better use of the workstations and reduce machining costs. It is designed for machining materials marked P1.2 - P1.2, including ordinary steels, unalloyed steels, metals, nonferrous metals, zinc, bronze, brass and thermoplastics.
