Machine long threader M36
High-quality M36 machine long threader NGMf for nuts of general use for machine cutting of ordinary metric threads, NGMf, type M, section 36 mm, ISO DIN - 13. The threader is suitable for threading nuts with elongated shank, through-hole, according to DIN 357. Tolerance of the executed thread according to ISO2 - 6H. The metric machine threaders we offer are made of special high speed steel HSS (High Speed Steel). It is a tool steel valued mainly for its ability to withstand severe cutting conditions, including high temperatures of up to 600 degrees C. Even during high-speed machining, the thread cutter's blade is not subject to mechanical damage such as breaking, cracking, chipping or dulling. In addition, the high precision of threading and increased machining efficiency are also noteworthy. As a result, it is possible to significantly reduce working time and thus reduce labor costs. M36 long machine taps are designed for machining parts made of materials marked P1.2 - P1.3: carbon steel, metals, non-ferrous metals, plastics.
