The advantage of threaders made of cobalt steel is that they can significantly increase machining efficiency and also expand the catalog of materials for cutting. These include alloy steels, stainless steel, acid-resistant steel, heat-resistant steel, cast iron, cast steel and other hard-to-machine materials. The properties of the steels make it possible to achieve high machining efficiency and increased cutting precision. Thanks to this, the time of threading a single component is significantly reduced and it is possible to use the available workstations more rationally. The offered metric machine threaders also have a very high quality of workmanship, and their blades are resistant to very difficult cutting conditions. They are extremely rarely subject to mechanical damage such as fractures, cracks, chipping, blunting, breakage and others.
