High quality long threader M18x1,5 HSS machine threader NGMf for nuts, for cutting ordinary metric threads type M, diameter 18 mm. The tolerance field of the threads made ISO 2 (6H). It is a right-hand long NGMf thread cutter for threading nuts and parts requiring long thread reach. Its greatest advantage is its high resistance to harsh cutting conditions, including, but not limited to, high temperatures generated during high-speed machining (up to 600 degrees C).
It should also be noted that the HSS machine threaders we offer have much better cutting properties than tools made of conventional steels. The M18x1.5 metric machine long threaders in question are more resistant to possible damage to the blade (breaking, cracking, chipping, blunting, breaking out), and thus their service life is significantly extended. Thanks to their properties, our threaders allow you to reduce the costs associated with their use, reduce labor costs, as well as significantly increase cutting efficiency.
