High-quality 1/4 inch long pipe machine thread cutter NGRf dedicated to individual customers and professional locksmith shops. It is suitable for cutting cylindrical pipe threads type R 1/4" with an angle of 55 degrees. These threads are mainly used in pipe connections, where it is not necessary to seal in the thread. The inch-pipe machine threaders offered to you are produced from high-grade HSS - High Speed Stell. The use of this material for the production of taps is justified both technically and economically. First of all, the tools are resistant to damage during machining of very hard materials and extremely rarely their blades are subjected to mechanical damage such as breakage, cracking, chipping, breaking out and even blunting. In addition, long inch 1/4 pipe threaders for machine tools made of HSS steel allow for high-efficiency machining and thus for a significant reduction in working time and better use of the machine tools you have. They are suitable for threading parts made of unalloyed steel, metals, non-ferrous metals and their alloys, as well as thermoplastics.
The threader comes from stock, and was manufactured by the Polish company FWP (Precision Products Factory). It has the designation R, because at the time of the threader's production there was no G standard in Poland. It is a 100% full-value G inch threader, made in dimensions and tolerances in accordance with the current standards for G threads according to DIN-ISO 228.
