Thread cutter M36 for manual and machine threading
Professional M36 x4 HSS threading dies, circular, for cutting metric ordinary NHMa threads. It is suitable for external threads of M36 diameter. The tolerance class of the threads made is 6g, and the proper thread cutting takes place already in the first working pass of the thread cutter, after less than two turns (1,75P). The dies offered in our store are distinguished by their high resistance to very difficult working conditions. They enable higher machining efficiency and better accuracy of the threads being cut. They are produced from a special high-alloy HSS - High Speed Steel. This is a steel that causes an increase in tool life, an increase in resistance to harsh conditions, as well as better quality of the tools being machined. Thanks to high-speed steel, the blades of the dies are resistant to mechanical damage such as fractures, cracks, breakages. The metric dies in question are designed for threading parts made of unalloyed steel, metals, metal alloys, aluminum, copper and plastics.
