Professional M27 x3 HSS threading dies, made of HSS high speed steel. NHMa type of the threading dies, the nominal diameter of the thread M27. Such tools are designed for cutting external metric ordinary threads. They are in accordance with DIN 22 568, the tolerance field of the threads made is 6g, and the thread is completely cut already in one working pass, after less than 2 turns. The metric threading dies offered in our store are very resistant to harsh working conditions, including even to the high temperatures created when threading at high speed. The blades of the dies are extremely resistant to any mechanical damage, including cracking, chipping, breaking off and even dulling. This increases the applicability of the dies and, above all, extends the life of the tools. The offered button dies are designed for machining materials of the P1.2 class - P1.3. These are metals, unalloyed steels, nonferrous metals, metal alloys and hardened plastics.
