Involute gear cutter M0.5 NR3 HSS is a high-performance cutting tool designed for precision milling of external gear teeth with an involute outline. The tool is made of wear-resistant HSS high-speed steel, thus guaranteeing dimensional stability and long service life during intensive use.
The NR3 variant of the NFMa modular cutter set for the 0.5 module is used when cutting teeth in gears with a moderate number of teeth. Involute gear cutter The M0.5 NR3 is equipped with staggered blades, and the buttress angle of 20 degrees makes it possible to accurately reproduce the tooth outline and obtain a smooth cut surface.
