Involute gear cutter TheM1.5 NR3 HSS is a high-performance tool designed for precision cutting of external serrations in gears with a module of 1.5. The tool, made of HSS high-speed steel, provides long life, excellent sharpness and wear resistance. The cutter is the third piece in NFMa's standard eight-piece set and is designed for machining gears with 17 to 20 teeth.
Thanks to the staggered blades and the 20° buttress angle used, the M1,5 NR3 cutter makes it possible to achieve high surface quality and ensures stability of the cutting process.
