Involute gear cutter M2,25 NR3 HSS is a professional cutting tool designed for precise cutting of external serrations in gears with a module of 2,25. The variant marked with the number 3 is dedicated to machining gears with a medium number of teeth, providing optimal cutting geometry and high quality workmanship.
Being made of HSS, the cutter guarantees excellent durability, wear resistance and reliable performance in production conditions. Staggered blades reduce vibration and improve the quality of the machined surface. The tool operates with a 20° buttress angle, according to an involute profile, which makes it compliant with the requirements of the NFMa standard and useful for series production of gears.
