Involute gear cutter M0.5 NR1 HSS is a specialized cutting tool designed for precision cutting of external serrations in gears with an involute outline. Made of HSS high-speed steel, it guarantees long life, wear resistance and stable operation even at high cutting speeds.
Model NR1 from the NFMa set for 0.5 module is dedicated to wheels with the smallest number of teeth. The staggered blades and the 20° adhesion angle ensure excellent quality of the cut surface, reducing the risk of micro-cracks and improving geometric accuracy of the toothing.
