The set includes 2 taps: No. 1 - proper with an 8P cut and No. 2 - finishing with a 2P cut. The M24x2 fine thread hand t aps we offer are made in accordance with DIN 2181 from modern HSS high-speed steel. It is a tool steel with very high cutting parameters.
It allows high machining efficiency, high cutting precision, and thanks to it the tools are resistant to harsh working conditions. M24x2 hand taps are suitable for machining parts made of unalloyed steel, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys and plastics. The symbol of the execution class of taps according to the standard is marked as ISO2, while the tolerance of the performed thread is 6H.
