End mill 40 Morse taper NFPc DIN-845 Modern burr (ripper) with a diameter of 40 mm. It has a suitably threaded hole designed for easy mounting of the tool to the spindle of the milling machine by means of a draw screw. Morse 40 taper cutters in our offer are made of high-grade HSS-E high-speed steel, the essential component of which is cobalt - about 5%. The content of this element increases the quality of cutting, and, above all, increases the strength of the cutter to withstand very difficult machining conditions. The offered milling cutters are suitable for cutting parts made of alloy steels, stainless steels, acid- and heat-resistant steels, cast steels and various types of cast iron (gray, malleable and ductile). The cutters are very hard and durable, with a long service life.
