Die M11x1 for manual and machine threading
Professional M11x1 HSS threading dies, type NHDa for cutting M11x1 fine external threads. Made in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN 22 568 from modern HSS high speed steel. It is a Polish product characterized by high quality workmanship and long service life. The right thread is formed already in the first working pass, after less than two coils - a 1.75P thread. The tolerance class of the made threads is 6g. Producing die from HSS high-speed steel increases its resistance to heavy cutting conditions and also allows to achieve better machining efficiency. Offered in our store die are very hard and durable. They are dedicated to both individual customers and large manufacturing plants. Their advantage is that they are highly resistant to any mechanical damage, including mainly fractures, cracks, chipping and other damage to the blades. This extends their service life and also reduces the overall cost of machining.
