Recommended for processing of unalloyed steel, metals, copper, aluminum, bronze and brass. Our long metal drills 8,9 have 2 blade centers, special grooves for chip removal up the drilled hole, a tip angle of 118 degrees and strong ground cutting edges resistant to impact and lateral forces. The drills are manufactured in accordance with NWKb, DIN 340 from special HSS - High Speed Steel. This is a steel that allows higher drilling efficiency (reduced working time). The blades of the drill bits remain resistant to damage even under the influence of high temperatures generated during drilling at high speed. Thanks to HSS steel, the drills are very hard and durable, and resistant to abrasion, fracture, breakage and other types of mechanical damage. They are designed for professional machining in large locksmith shops using not only conventional drills, lathes and milling machines, but also modern CNC computer-controlled machine tools.
