Precision long drill bit for metal 9,1 cylindrical, extended, made in accordance with NWKb, DIN 340. It has an apex angle of 118 degrees, chip flutes for chip removal up the drilled hole, specially ground cutting edges insensitive to impact and side forces and 2 central blades. The long drills for metal fi 9 ,1 are made of modern HSS high-speed steel characterized by high cutting properties and high strength for tough working conditions. Thanks to this steel, the drill bits are very hard and durable and thus resistant to abrasion under the influence of high temperatures generated as a result of drilling at high speeds. This makes it possible to increase drilling efficiency, reduce working time and make better use of the processing stations you have. The drills are designed for professional processing of hard and hard-to-machine materials classified as P1.2 - P1.3. These are m.in. carbon steels (unalloyed), metals, metal alloys, plastics. They are recommended for conventional drills, lathes, milling machines and computer numerical control machining machines - CNC.
