Extra long drill bit for metal 8,8

Drills very long formetal 8,8 twist very long with cylindrical shank for steel and cast iron for general use. The recommended use is for making deep holes, or when greater tool overhang is required. Application in: carbon steel, auto steel, structural steel, gray iron, aluminum bronze, new silver Cu Zn Ni alloy, gray iron, tin-zinc bronze, electronic copper malleable brass. It is permissible to drill in alloy steel which has a tensile limit Rm 1200 N/mm2, zinc alloy, zinc, malleable cast iron. Modern long drills for metal 8,8 NWKp, extra long drill bits with a section of 8,8 mm, a tip angle of 118 degrees and length ranges: 220/100. It is a drill dedicated even to the most demanding customers. It was made in accordance with DIN 1869 from modern high speed steel HSS (High Speed Steel). The drill is designed for drilling very deep holes, even in very hard and hard-to-machine materials. It does not require prior scoring, pilot drilling and pre-drilling. NWKp cylindrical shank HSS drills are resistant to very difficult cutting conditions and resist all mechanical damage. They are suitable for professional work. They are recommended for drilling holes in P1.2 - P1.3 grade materials (carbon steels, non-ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys, thermosetting compounds).
