Modern long drill bit for metal 24 NWKy with a diameter of 24 mm, with Morse taper shank. It is a drill with a length of 300 mm, a working part length of 200 mm and a nominal diameter of 24 mm. The drill allows drilling very deep holes. It is suitable for works requiring maximum tool overhang. The drills offered by us are manufactured in the highest quality, thanks to which a high rigidity of the tool is obtained, which allows to perform centric and axial holes along the entire length.
Long drills for metal 24 are made in accordance with DIN 341 from special HSS (High Speed Steel) by grinding and milling method. Such manufacture of drills guarantees high cutting quality, increased resistance to heavy cutting conditions and also higher resistance to potential mechanical damage of blades. The drills are dedicated to amateur and professional machining in large manufacturing plants.
