Modern long drill for metal 27,5 NWKy, diameter 27,5 mm, with Morse taper shank. Total length of the drill 750 mm, the length of the working part 370 mm. The NWKy drill in our offer was produced by grinding and milling method, in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN 341. For its production a special HSS (High Speed Steel) was used. The design of the long metal drill 27,5 allows you to effectively make very deep holes with high accuracy of the machined surface. The drills are made with the highest quality, which allows for high rigidity of the tool and thus for making a centric and axial hole. The drills in our store are resistant to harsh cutting conditions, including elevated temperatures (up to 600 degrees C) created when drilling at high speeds. They are suitable for cutting hard and hard-to-machine materials (alloy steels, cast steel, gray cast iron, copper and aluminum alloys, silver alloys and others).
