NPT 1/2-14 inch tapered burr
Professional Die NPT 1/2-14 round taper, is designed for manual or machine cutting of American tapered pipe threads. 2P nut. The die 1/2-14 inch tapered pipe chisels offered by us are made according to the standards of the dimensional standard DIN 24230. For their production we used a special high-speed steel HSS 800. This is a specialized steel, the high properties of which improve the cutting parameters and also increase the types of materials for machining. Burnishers made of this steel are suitable for machining unalloyed steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys and other materials with toughness up to 800 MPa. The advantage of our dies is, first of all, their high resistance to very heavy cutting conditions. First of all, they are resistant to the high temperatures generated during high-speed threading (at high speed). In addition, the threading dies are resistant to any mechanical damage, thus extending their service life.
