Die M8x1 for manual and machine threading
Die M8x1 cobalt for stainless steel for threading, round for cutting external, fine threads. The diameter of the threads to be cut is M8x1 and the thread tolerance class is 6g. Complete threading is done in the first working pass. Offered to you die are produced from special WS tool steel, in accordance with the standards of the dimensional standard DIN 22 568. Die are characterized by increased resistance to abrasive wear, as well as increased tool life in frictional conditions at elevated temperatures resulting from high-speed cutting. Die fine threads of this type can work in severe conditions. This is due to their ability to maintain hardness and wear resistance even at temperatures up to 600 degrees C. They are suitable for manual and machine processing. They can be used for cutting threads in parts made of unalloyed steels, metals, nonferrous metals, metal alloys, hardened plastics.
