Die M8x0,5 for manual and machine threading
Die M8x0,5 WS for threading, round, fine-coil for cutting threads of nominal diameter M8x0,5. Designed for external threads made by hand and machine. The tolerance class of the threads made is 6g, type die NHDa. Our offer includes die fine threads produced in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN 22 568. A special tool steel WS was used for their production. Thanks to the properties of this steel, the tools are characterized by increased resistance to very harsh processing conditions. First of all, they are resistant to the effects of high temperatures generated during high-speed cutting. The blades of the dies are resistant to potential mechanical damage, such as fractures, cracks, chipping and breakage. This results in a significant extension of the period of use of the tooling dies, and thus affects the possibility of reducing the overall cost of work. Die designed for machining materials of P1.2 class - P1.3.
