M8x1 fine thread hand taps
Hand Tap M8x1 DIN 2181/2 6H HSS is designed for precision production of fine-coil metric threads in structural steels, stainless steels and non-ferrous metals. Thanks to its high manufacturing accuracy, it provides a repeatable coil outline and stability of the 6H class fit in unit and workshop work.
Design parameters: nominal diameter eight millimeters; stroke one millimeter; profile sixty degrees according to ISO 68-1; bore tolerance field 6H according to ISO 965; right-hand direction. Ground HSS high-speed steel guarantees durability and resistance to micro-crushing. The straight chip grooves allow controlled chip evacuation, and the arrangement according to DIN 2181/2 - insertion member (I) and finishing member (II) - balances torsional loads and promotes alignment.
