M8x1 fine thread hand taps
Hand taps M8x1 fine-coil HSS from the Czech brand Bucovice. The threaders in question are designed for cutting M8x1 fine-coil metric threads with an angle of 60 degrees, ISO DIN-13, made according to DIN 2181. The symbol of the execution class of M8x1 hand t aps according to the standard is marked as ISO2, while the tolerance of the performed thread is 6H. They are suitable for threading through-holes and blind holes.
The advantage of M8x1 hand taps is the high resistance to possible damage to the blades of taps during the processing of hard and difficult-to-machine materials. This is due to the use of special HSS tool steel for their production. Compared to conventional tool steel, HSS guarantees increased strength of the thread cutters, higher machining performance and significantly increased cutting precision. Designed for cutting through and blind threads in workpieces made of materials P1.2 - P1.3. These are metals, unalloyed steels (carbon), non-ferrous metals and their alloys, as well as hard plastics.
