Die M9x1 for manual and machine threading
High-quality M9x1 HSS threading dies, fine-coil, NHDa type for cutting external threads of M9x1 diameter. It is made of special high-speed steel HSS (High Speed Steel) in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN 22 568. Proper thread cutting takes place already in the first working pass after less than two coils, the nut 1,75P. The tolerance class of the threads made is 6g. Die made of HSS are resistant to abrasive wear, and the properties of the steel increase the tool life under high-temperature friction conditions - up to 600 degrees C. In addition, die fine threads offered in our store show good mechanical properties, high strength, increased hardness and good ductility. Die are resistant to all mechanical damage (fractures, cracks, chipping). They are suitable for machining materials of the P1.2 class - P1.3. These are metals, unalloyed steels, structural steels, automatic steels, metal alloys.
