High-quality 125 x1,6 NFTe mounted disc cutter with a working diameter of 125 mm and a working width of 1,6 mm. It is a three-sided saw cutter with 72 teeth designed for professional profile cutting, cutting metal parts and pipes and also for milling thin grooves. The 125-flute saw milling cutters offered in our store are made of special HSS high-speed steel. This is a high-alloy steel with a diversified chemical composition. The selection of appropriate alloying elements increases the technical parameters of milling cutters, affects higher cutting properties and also better wear resistance. This type of HSS face milling cutters are dedicated to very demanding customers for professional multi-batch machining. They are suitable for high-performance machining of hard unalloyed and alloyed steels, metals, copper, aluminum, bronze, brass, cast steel, gray iron and other hard materials.
