Ball nose milling cutter for metal 125x1,6 NFTe HSS

Professional ball mill 125 x1,6 NFTe is designed for cutting pipes and profiles, for cutting metal parts and also for milling thin grooves. This is a 125x1.6/128 size mounted ball nose cutter, which is made of specialized HSS (High Speed Steel). The cutter is distinguished by increased hardness and durability. It is suitable for cutting materials classified as P1.2 - P1.3. These are unalloyed and alloyed steels, metals and nonferrous metals, metal alloys, gray cast iron, cast steel and thermoset plastics. The 125-in. saw mills offered in our store are distinguished by above-average cutting properties. Their advantage is increased resistance to harsh cutting conditions and greater resistance to abrasion under high temperatures (up to 600 degrees C). They can be used for various types of conventional and CNC numerical machine tools.
