Professional WCMX 050308 insert for folding drill bits, multi-flute with GR chipbreaker. It is made of a special grade of tungsten carbide NC6920, by the well-known Portuguese company Palbit. Carbide insert multi-flute has the following dimensions: side length l - 5 mm, insert thickness s - 2,38 mm and corner radius re - 0,8 mm. It is characterized by increased resistance to heavy cutting conditions, as well as increased resistance to abrasive wear under the influence of high temperatures reaching up to 700 - 1000 degrees C. The WCMX 050308 multi-flute folding drill inserts offered in our store are made of a special grade of tungsten carbide 6920, a CVD-coated universal grade for high-performance machining of medium-precision steel in adverse conditions, characterized by high safety of the cutting edge. The multi-cutting inserts are suitable for CNC and conventional machine tools.
