Carbide insert WCMX 06T308 for folding drill bits
Modern WCMX 06T308 turning insert, multi-sharpness, designed for professional high-performance turning. Insert type TNMM 220408, NTP-35, manufactured by the world famous and respected Portuguese company Palbit. It is a triangular insert with the following dimensions: side length l - 6.14mm, insert thickness s - 3.97 mm, corner radius re - 0.8 mm. Multicutting inserts in our store are manufactured in the highest quality, from a special grade of tungsten carbide 6920 (P20-P45). It is a CVD-coated carbide grade. The high performance of tungsten carbide makes it possible to perform medium and rough machining of steel and cast steel under difficult machining conditions. The inserts are distinguished by their high resistance to heavy cutting conditions, as well as greater resistance to potential mechanical damage to the blades. They can be used for high-speed machining, even at the resulting high temperature.
