The modern RNMG 190600 R-shaped multi-cutting lathe insert is made by the Czech company Pramet. It is a round insert with a hole and a small chipbreaker, designed for professional turning of parts made of hard and hard-to-machine materials. The RNMG 190600 multicutting inserts we offer are distinguished by their increased resistance to very severe cutting conditions, including very high temperatures generated during high-performance machining at medium and high speeds. A special carbide grade 6630 has been used in the production of the inserts, a CVC-coated grade designed for medium and rough machining of steel and cast steel under harsh machining conditions. Carbide insert RNMG 190600, is distinguished by increased wear resistance while maintaining adequate core strength.
