Carbide cutter 10 VHM, widia, diameter D-10 Z-2 with smooth cylindrical shank DIN 6335HA. It is a high-performance fine-grain carbide burr for roughing, medium and fine machining. VHM carbide is a material obtained by powder metallurgy methods. Under the influence of very high temperatures, metals (titanium, tungsten, tantalum, niobium) are compressed, resulting in a layer resistant to any mechanical damage. Carbide milling cutters 10 burrs made of VHM carbides are characterized by increased wear resistance, increased impact strength, retention of hardness even when machining at high temperatures, as well as a low coefficient of friction. Carbide burrs are suitable for multi-batch machining, under very difficult conditions.
