Milling cutter rough 12 mm VHM, fork milling cutter with face cylindrical shank, size D-12 Z-4. It is a burr made of high-performance fine-grain carbide. It is suitable for professional machining using more rigid machine tools (with a small runout not exceeding 0.01 mm) as well as conventional machine tools. The carbide milling cutters we offer are characterized by better cutting parameters than milling cutters made of high-speed steel. Carbide is the material with the highest hardness and strength. Thanks to its properties, fi 12 mm coarse milling cutters with chipbreaker are characterized by increased wear resistance and higher impact strength, which allows better cutting parameters. In addition, they are resistant to oxidation, retain hardness even at high temperatures, have good chemical resistance and a low coefficient of friction. They are recommended for profiling, copying, line machining, making and grooving.
