Fork milling cutter 1 mm VHM, arbor diameter D-1, Z-4 with reinforced shank.

This is a carbide 1 VHM solid carbide face milling cutter, TiAIN coated, with a smooth DIN6535 HA cylindrical shank. The cutter is made of fine-grained VHM carbide, designed for professional machining of hard materials. It is suitable for cutting alloy steel, stainless steel, heat-resistant steel, cast iron, cast steel and other hard-to-machine materials. It is designed for line machining, profiling, copying, making grooves and channels. VHM carbide 1 cutters are characterized by increased impact strength and wear resistance even at elevated temperatures. The use of an innovative coating also has the advantage of high resistance to oxidation, increased chemical resistance, low coefficient of friction and good adhesion to the substrate. The 1 carbide burrs we offer are recommended for various types of machine tools, including both conventional and modern machine tools with low radial runout.
