UNS 3/4-24 UNS unified American threading tool for cutting external threads. UNS 3/4-24 Unified Round Threading Die, ANSI B-1.1. Suitable for hand and machine threading. We offer you high-grade burnishers made of special WS tool steel, in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN-EN 22568. UNS 3/4-24 burn ishers are dedicated to both individual customers and large manufacturing plants. They are manufactured to increase productivity and withstand very heavy cutting conditions. They are characterized by increased hardness and durability. They enable high-performance threading (at high speed) and also improve the quality of the threads made. They are suitable for machining hard and hard-to-machine materials of P1.2 - P1.3 grade, including unalloyed steels, structural steels, automatic steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys and heat-hardening plastics.
