UNS No. 1 1/4-14 unified American burnisher for cutting external threads. High-quality circular threading machine designed for professional cutting of external American unified fine thread UNS 1.1/4-14. These are right-hand threads with an angle of 60 degrees. The tolerance class of the made threads is 2A, the nut is 1.75P. The UNS 1 1/4-14 unified threading dies offered in our store are manufactured in accordance with DIN 22568 from special HSS 800 high-speed steel. This is a modern tool steel that allows to machine steels with toughness Rm up to 800 MPa, as well as automatic steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys and thermoset plastics. The dies are tough to withstand heavy cutting conditions and resistant to any mechanical damage caused when threading at high speed (at high temperature). The blades of the dies are resistant to breaking, cracking, chipping, setting off and even rapid dulling. This makes it possible to extend the service life of the threading dies and, at the same time, reduce overall machining costs
