Professional round chisel cutter manufactured by the Polish company FANAR. It is suitable for professional cutting of external threads, American unified fine threads, type UNF 8 - 36. The tolerance class of the threads made is 2A, the nut is 1,75P, the angle is 60 degrees. The unified threads in our store are manufactured according to the dimensional standard DIN 22568 from high-alloyed HSS (High Speed Steel). This is a steel with exceptional cutting properties, distinguished by increased hardness and durability. HSS-uniformed dies allow for better cutting properties. They are highly resistant to harsh cutting conditions, which increases their resistance to possible damage and at the same time extends their service life. The unified dies we offer allow threading at high speeds and high temperatures (up to 600 degrees C).
