High-end machine threader No 10 -32 made according to DIN 374, designed for machining short through-holes - type C nut. With its help it is possible to make ordinary American unified threads, UNC 10-24. Tolerance class of the made threads medium-precision - 2B. Thread outline triangular - angle of 60 degrees. The advantage of the threaders in question is, first of all, their long service life. This is due to the use of special HSS high-speed steel for their production, thanks to which the machine threaders are more hard, durable and wear-resistant. In addition, HSS steel allows high-performance machining, which reduces machining time and makes more rational use of the workstations. In the long term, the use of the mentioned threading machines reduces labor costs. The unified machine threaders offered in our store are designed for machining materials of P1.2 class - P1.3.
