Machine tapping No 10-24 American fine-coil threader
Modern No 10-24 unified machine tapping machine from the well-known brand Narex. Designed for cutting UNC No 10-24 unified ordinary threads (cross section), 24 turns per inch. The tolerance class of the threads made is 2B, the type of nut C - for through-holes and blind holes in materials with a medium or long chip. The threaders we offer are manufactured from high-grade Inox HSSE cobalt high-speed steel. It is a high-speed steel of high cutting parameters, which allows machining even very hard and hard-to-machine materials classified in the category P1.2 - P1.3. These are m.in. metals, non-ferrous metals, unalloyed steels (carbon), plastics and metal alloys. Taps also have the advantage of being highly resistant to the high temperatures created when cutting at high speeds. The blades of tapping dies are extremely rarely subject to fractures, cracks and other mechanical damage. As a result, the threaders in question can be used for a very long time.
